We design and implement organic change and M&A programs for both our partners or take position as co-investors in underperforming or distressed operations or spinn-offs, – where we engage actively in leading the transformations, refocussing the strategy, implementing restructurings and improving the business performance.
CAPTIUM also invest in industrial operations and SME’s requiring strong developments, either as stand-alone investments or as part of the execution of business development or change programs, as well as in interesting start-ups.
